At just 7 years old, I was already sharing my ambition with anyone who would listen, convincing friends and family to let me experiment with their hair. After high school, I pursued formal training at the New England Hair Academy, where I honed my skills under the guidance of two master stylists.
My journey took me to a prestigious salon in Boston, where I excelled as a top hairstylist and colorist, specializing in razor haircuts and blonding balayage long before it became a trend. Fueled by my passion for hair and a desire to create a personalized experience, I opened Katana Salon in October 2002.
